About
A soba-focused ryokan at Togari Onsen, close to the ski slopes and near the center of the hot spring town. The bath is a shared indoor onsen, split for men and women; the water is a natural alkaline spring that feels light and smooth on the skin. Dinner is built around the inn's own handmade soba, made in view of guests.
