Showa Yu

An Akishima sento whose baths use 100% well water clean enough to drink, said to keep you from getting chilled after bathing, and the water is heated with firewood. Facilities include a jacuzzi, an electric bath (denki-buro), a daily-rotating medicinal herbal bath in a rock tub (yakuto), and a cold-water bath. After bathing, try the roasted coffee milk made by a local coffee shop. There is a resident cat. It is about a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Nakagami Station on the Ome Line.
