Chiyonoyu

A bathhouse a 2-minute walk from Gakugei-Daigaku Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line, renewed in January 2010 while keeping its Showa-era atmosphere. It features penki-e wall paintings by sento painters Maruyama and Nakajima. A soft-water bath called the water jewel and a carbonated bath refresh body and mind, and the house also has electric, jet, bubble, and seated baths.
