Yoshino-yu

A sento in Hirai, Edogawa ward, renovated and reopened in September 2020 to a design by architect Kentaro Imai. It added a high-concentration carbonated spring bath, plus a seated bath, a massage bath, and an electric bath (denki-buro), with a high-temperature tub for those who like it hot. The faintly colored cold bath is free-flowing spring well water. After bathing you can cool off looking out on an open garden. The concept is retro-pop, blending the feel of an old downtown sento with modern design. Parking for two cars (free for one hour for bathers); please tell the front desk before parking. About 5 minutes on foot from Hirai Station on the Sobu Line.
