Discounted tickets for town-resident seniors and disabled visitors (450 yen) and disabled children (80 yen) require proof of residency or a certificate. A 10-visit coupon book is also sold, 5,000 yen for adults and 4,100 yen for seniors.

Kunneppu Onsen Hoyo Center is a small bathhouse run by the town, with one bathing room holding a main tub, a cooler sub-tub, a cold bath and a dry sauna. There's no rotenburo, but an outdoor deck lets bathers cool off in the open air. The onsen water is said to warm you through and keep you warm well after you get out, and there's a tap near the cold bath where you can try it as drinking water. The only common spaces are a tatami rest room and a small lobby; towels, shampoo and razors aren't included and are sold at reception instead.
