About
A small, family-run neighborhood bathhouse in Shiraoi's Kojohama onsen area, open around the clock. The single indoor tub is fed straight from the source with hot, faintly salty water that leaves skin feeling slick, and even the shower runs on it. A private family bath is available for an extra charge, and an upstairs rest area with reclining chairs doubles as a spot for an overnight nap. The building has a well worn, retro feel, more neighborhood bathhouse than resort.
