Hotel Platon has separate indoor baths for men and women, each with a sauna, in Togura-Kamiyamada Onsen along the Chikuma River. The hot-spring water is alkaline with a faint sulfur scent. Day-use bathing is available in the afternoon, and twin rooms look out over the river and surrounding mountains. The hotel is part of a small local group, and staying guests can also visit the baths of a few sister ryokan nearby.
