Shinsei-yu

A Hatanodai sento that was an early pioneer of the health-oriented bathhouse. It has two bathing areas, the active Taiyo-no-yu and the calm Daichi-no-yu, which swap between men and women each week. It uses 100 percent good-quality well water, with a high-concentration carbonated bath, medicinal baths, and a sauna paired with rock salt. A cave bath and a large open-air bath are also well liked. It is about five minutes from Hatanodai or Ebaramachi stations.
