Closed Wednesdays. When a public holiday falls on a Wednesday, closed the following day instead. Bathing rooms swap between men and women daily, and the sauna and mist sauna alternate sides.
Uses natural hot spring water
A traditional shrine-style (miya-zukuri) sento in Shinjuku Ward where the men's and women's bathing rooms swap daily, so a sauna and a mist sauna each rotate between sides. It offers a rotenburo (open-air bath), rock-style (iwa-buro) and pot (tsubo-buro) baths, a medicinal (kusuri-yu) bath, cold plunge, lukewarm (under 41C) tub and a painted mural, with a roomy lobby and late-night hours. The bath welcomes sento runners and can hold luggage temporarily. Free parking is available, and it is about a 5-minute walk from Wakamatsu-Kawada Station on the Oedo Line.
