Yunomori Jindai-yu

A Chofu sento with two bathing rooms of different character that rotate weekly. It offers seven kinds of jacuzzi, a medicinal herbal bath (yakuto), and an electric bath (denki-buro). The fourth-floor open-air bath has views of Mt Fuji, and even the showers and washing area use soft water that is gentle on the skin. Parking for six cars and a bicycle area are on the ground floor, with another 15 spaces adjacent. On clear days the rooftop rotenburo offers fine sunset views. It is reached by bus (from Mitaka, Kichijoji, or Chofu stations), about a 1-minute walk from the Yamano stop.
