Sauna Base Trip

A sauna you book for your own group, so there is no shared bathhouse etiquette to worry about. There are two saunas, a dry sauna where you can pour water on the stones and a gentler steam sauna for those who find the heat hard, followed by a cold plunge outdoors and a space to cool off in the open air. It is reservation-only, and same-day booking is not possible. It sits inside the premises of a local architecture firm in Yamagata city.
