Isawa Tokiwa Hotel is a stay-focused hot spring hotel in Isawa Onsen, known locally as a Koshu beef inn. Its indoor bath, called the jewel bath, is tiled with a gemstone mosaic gathered from more than 40 places around the world, and there's a round hinoki (cypress) open-air bath as well. A private bath added in 2024 can also be booked by the hour. The water is a gentle alkaline spring, drawn from a source that has flowed since 1961.
