Mikadoya

Mikadoya is a small minshuku (民宿) of seven rooms in Yunokami onsen, in Shimogo, Fukushima. The bath is an indoor rock bath, separate for men and women, filled with fresh kakenagashi (源泉かけ流し) spring water. Guests say it is comfortably warm, and the water feels good on dry skin. There is no open-air bath. The feel is plain and homely, run by a friendly landlady, with Japanese-style meals for staying guests. The Aizu local line passes close by, which some people notice and others enjoy.
