A secluded ryokan tucked deep in the Tenryu valley with a cave bath as its signature, a dimly lit grotto of stacked boulders that feels genuinely mysterious. The simple spring water is a light neutral type that soaks in quietly. The surrounding mountains and the inn's unhurried pace give it a sense of real remove from the everyday.
