Hiiragi Mountain Lodge

Hiiragi Mountain Lodge is a small toji (湯治) inn, a place meant for longer, quieter stays to soak, in the Muikamachi onsen (六日町温泉) area of Minamiuonuma. The bath, Hiiragi-no-yu (ひいらぎの湯), uses natural hot spring water. The inn's own pages are brief, so details such as the bath layout and whether day-use bathing (higaeri nyuyoku, 日帰り入浴) is accepted are best confirmed by phone.
