This is a large seaside hotel right on Kominato's fishing port, with an indoor bath on the 9th floor and a rooftop garden bath one floor up, both onsen water. The two swap between men and women through the day, so a stay covers several baths across the two floors. Reviewers keep coming back for the view from the tub: boats in the harbor, sunsets over the water, and from some rooms even fireworks in summer. Guest rooms have their own bath, but it runs on heated tap water rather than the hot spring.
