Chiyo-no-yu

A welcoming bathhouse in Nishi-Ogu, Arakawa Ward, about a 5-minute walk from Arakawa-yuenchi-mae stop on the Toden Arakawa line. Its medicated bath is meant to boost circulation and warm the body to the core, while the plain hot bath contains bamboo charcoal. The hot, well-water baths run on the warmer side, and flowers are always on display. Jet and seated baths round out the lineup.
