Taigakuso is a small inn in the Maseguchi onsen area of Itoigawa, Niigata, with seven rooms. The bath is filled with the local spring water, which the inn says runs as kakenagashi (fresh water flowing through, not recirculated). Day-use plans are available for visitors who aren't staying, including one built around anko (monkfish) hotpot.
