Kocher Bandai

Kocher Bandai is a small pension in Hayama, in the Inawashiro area of Fukushima. It has three baths with natural onsen water: one open-air bath set among untouched woods and two indoor baths. All three lock from the inside, so guests use them the way they would a family bath (kashikiri-buro, 貸切風呂), one group at a time. Bathing is for staying guests. The pension has Western-style rooms, a Japanese-style room and a mixed Japanese-Western room, a paved parking lot, and views toward Mt. Bandai, Lake Inawashiro and the Azuma range.
