Kamuiwakka Yunotaki (カムイワッカ湯の滝) is a stream of hot-spring water running down a series of falls, and the way to enjoy it is to wade and climb up the river itself. It is a seasonal, reservation-only river-climb experience rather than a walk-in bath, and swimwear is required. The pool at the foot of the 4th fall is no longer enterable since a rockfall buried it, so the appeal is the climb through warm water more than a soak. Children from elementary school age can join, but preschoolers cannot enter the river.
