Yamatsubasa (やまつばさ) draws on two local springs, both flowing kakenagashi (unblended, undiluted) through its baths. The main indoor pool, the Jukkenburo (十間風呂), stretches about 18 meters wide. Outside there are three rotenburo: individual tub baths, a rosemary herb bath, and a larger circular pool. The two saunas are quite different: one is a high-heat auto-louyu room, the other a gentle nano-steam sauna that uses the spring water itself. Four private family baths are available by reservation. The water leaves skin noticeably soft. An attached inn offers rooms with their own semi-open-air baths fed by the same springs.
