Ota Kosen is a natural mineral spring said to have been used by wounded soldiers during the Seinan War. The bathhouse was fully renovated in 1998 and features a simple, clean interior. The cold mineral spring water is heated for use and is believed to have sterilizing effects and help remove toxins from the body, potentially benefiting skin conditions such as atopy, heat rash, and cuts. It is located about 2 minutes on foot from the Ota bus stop, with parking available for 9 cars.
