A free outdoor footbath at the B&G Higashiichiki Kaiyo Center, a municipal sports and swimming complex in Hioki, Kagoshima. The water is a sulfur spring, and foot towels are left out so you can use it without bringing your own. It sits alongside the complex's pools and gyms, a small stop for locals rather than a destination on its own.
