Shin-yu is located in Nishinomiya, Hanshin area, and features a cold spring using selected Miyamizu water. Facilities include a free steam sauna, jet bath, cold bath, and electric bath. It is the oldest sento in Nishinomiya, near Koshien Stadium and Lalaport Koshien. Lemon baths are held three times a year.
