About
Matsumoto Onsen Tamari Yokujo in Ibusuki City is a natural onsen with a sodium chloride spring that flows directly from the source. Ibusuki is known for having over 1000 springs, and this bath has the second lowest salt concentration among them. It contains more than twice the standard amount of metasilicic acid, a component associated with beauty baths that prevent hair from becoming dry. The bath is located along National Route 226, near the Akimoto traffic light between Ibusuki High School and Minami Ibusuki Junior High School. Parking is available for five cars.
