About

A business hotel in central Koriyama with separate men's and women's large baths called Bandai-no-yu (磐梯の湯). The baths have an indoor bath, a carbonated bath and a lying-down bath (nebuyu, 寝湯), plus a sauna with automatic loyly and a chilled cold plunge. One side also has a semi-open bath, and the men's and women's sides swap on Fridays, weekends and holidays. The water is heated rather than a natural spring, so this is a hotel bath rather than a hot-spring stop. Day visitors (higaeri nyuyoku, 日帰り入浴) are accepted and share the baths with hotel guests, so evenings can get busy. Tattoos are not allowed in the baths.
