The water runs clear with a light amber tint, and the bathing floor has a large indoor tub, an open-air rotenburo, a jet bath, and a cooler nuru-yu pool for a longer soak, plus a birch-walled sauna where bathers ladle their own water for steam and a cold plunge. Day-use bathing is open to non-guests as well. The top-floor restaurant looks out toward the Daisetsuzan mountains.
