A ryokan in Fukushima's Kaneyama draws from two spring sources, Tamanashi and Hachicho, delivering naturally carbonated water to indoor baths, open-air baths, and private reserved baths on kakenagashi (源泉かけ流し, free-flowing). The inn sits right above the Nojiri River, so you hear the current from your room. It's a member of the Nihon Hito wo Mamoru Kai (日本秘湯を守る会), the loose network of remote inns pledging to protect lesser-known springs, and the atmosphere matches: warm, informal, family-run.
