Kyomachi Onsen Ikoiso is a small inn on the edge of Ebino with a hot-spring source whose water runs clear. Guests bathe in either a communal hall bath or a private family bath, and day-use visitors are welcome in both. A steam sauna and a cold plunge sit alongside the main bath, and there's a foot bath outside where you can sit without changing.
