Hotel Plaza Annex Yokote

The hotel's own bathing floor, Sky Spa Terrace SALA, sits on the 7th and 8th floor: an indoor natural hot-spring bath, a sauna, a cold plunge, and a rock-bed sauna modeled on Tamagawa Onsen and laid with genuine radium-bearing hokutoseki stone from Tamagawa, with a jet-bath jacuzzi next to the rock-bed bath's changing room. The spring water is said to leave skin feeling smooth. Private baths come in two kinds and can be reserved: hinoki tubs for two and a larger private SALA no Yu bath for up to four. Eight guest rooms go further still, each with its own hinoki open-air onsen tub kept filled with source water. From the 8th floor, the view opens onto the Ou mountain range by day and a sky full of stars at night, while the rooms with their own open-air tubs look out over the city toward Mt Chokai, its outline catching the sunset on a clear evening.
