Yuraku no Yado Seifuen is a ryokan at Hirugami Onsen in Nagano, above the Achi River and facing Mount Amikake. Its indoor and open air baths are filled with smooth alkaline water that locals call bijin no yu (美人の湯), or beauty water. A reservation only private bath and a sand and salt thermal room round out the bathing. Tattoos, including stickers, are not allowed in the main baths.
