Uses natural hot spring water
Enclosed indoor bathing area
Private onsen bath in guest rooms, for overnight guests only
The room amenity list has no bath; the property's one bath is a separate shared/kashikiri facility, not en-suite.
Restaurant or dining open to visitors (not just hotel meal plans)
Meals are prepared only for the sole lodging group by request; there is no public/day-visitor dining hall or restaurant page on the site.
Sanoya takes one group a day, so its one indoor bath, a cypress tub, is reserved for that group the whole time they're there. The water is piped in from nearby Suzuran Onsen (すずらん温泉) and kept flowing fresh; it's clear, not the milky white water that's common elsewhere in Norikura Kogen. A married couple runs the inn, cooking meals to order for whoever is staying, using vegetables, mushrooms and trout from around the area.
