Benten-yu

A sento about six minutes from Shin-koenji Station in Suginami, with works by an illustrator and by sento calligraphers displayed in the lobby. It heats good-quality well water and has a spacious lounge with background music. An onsen-style bath additive is used every Thursday and various medicinal baths run every Sunday. Other features include jet and bubble baths, an electric (denki-buro) bath, a seated bath, and binchotan-charcoal water. It welcomes sento runners with short-term luggage storage.
