Uses natural hot spring water
A landmark Koenji bathhouse founded in 1933, housed in an imposing temple-style building with a karahafu gabled roof. A 2003 renovation added a gallery, and the baths include a signature milk bath, a rotating daily-special bath, and four tubs at different temperatures for alternating hot and cold bathing. There is a sauna, a cold-water bath, and a Mt. Fuji wall painting, plus left-luggage service for runners. It is about five minutes from Koenji Station.
