About
Tokiwaso is a ryokan in the Kirishima foothills of Miyazaki, with a shared bath called Shiraume-no-yu that has both an indoor tub and an open-air one, plus a sauna with a well-water cold plunge next to it. Some rooms come with their own open-air bath and a separate bedroom, and guests can also book a private bath for a fee. Meals lean on Miyazaki beef and rice and vegetables grown on the inn's own small farm, served around quiet Japanese-style rooms with futon bedding.
