YesThe building's listed hours run 6:00 to 1:00 the next morning, but the family-bath rooms themselves can be booked around the clock. The cheaper weekday freetime plan only runs 10:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, and is suspended during Obon, the New Year holidays, national holidays and other busy or long-weekend periods.

About
Senyukan is one of three sister bathhouses at the Hoshinooka onsen complex in Matsuyama. The whole place is private family-bath rooms, eleven of them, booked by the room rather than by the person. Most rooms have a cold plunge next to the tub, and two of them, both called Yama-no-yu (山の湯), are fed with genuine hot-spring water. A room can be rented for a 90-minute soak with no overnight stay needed, or booked as part of an overnight stay with a meal at Hananoren (華のれん), the on-site restaurant. There's also a rest area to relax in between baths.
