A big neighborhood bathhouse on the east side of Sapporo, built around several distinct baths: a black-silica main tub, a natural hot-spring rotenburo, a jet bath, a lying-down nemayu bath and a cold plunge, with a sauna that runs both a low-temperature and a hotter room. It has the scale and feel of a countryside super-sento rather than a quiet inn bath. Past the baths there is a lounge, a large tatami hall, a food court, a game corner and a smoking room, so people settle in for a while rather than just passing through.
