About
A compact indoor bath with four washing stations, and no open-air bath or sauna. The water is salty and smooth on the skin, and it is not scorching, so it is easy to stay in for a while. Day-use bathing (higaeri nyuyoku, 日帰り入浴) is possible, and there is a small rest area. The inn is old and simple, close to Mount Haguro, with shared toilets. Guests mention the local home-style dinners, and the house cats that come to say hello.
