About
Yunokura Tsuruya is a ryokan in Yubara onsen built out of a former sake brewery, and a lounge for tasting the local sake is still part of the building. The large bath is split into two named sections, each pairing an indoor tub with a rotenburo, and several guest room categories come with their own onsen bath, from hinoki open-air tubs to indoor ones. A courtyard garden is home to a giant salamander, a quiet detail regular guests mention.
