YesLast entry is 20:30, even though the bath stays open until 21:00. On Wednesdays day-use hours are shorter, from 17:00 to 21:00.
The adult rate applies from junior-high age up, and the child rate from age 3. A face towel is sold for 250 yen, a bath towel rental is 250 yen, a razor is 100 yen and a toothbrush is 100 yen (all prices include tax).

About
The shared bath is split by gender, with a separate indoor pool and an outdoor one, both filled with natural hot-spring water piped down from the Nakabusa valley in the North Alps foothills. The water is clear and nearly scentless, with a smooth, silky feel that leaves skin soft afterward. The outdoor bath has no view, but there is a pleasant breeze. Every guest room also has its own onsen-fed bath, apart from the shared one, and day-use bathing is welcome alongside overnight stays. The building is a calm, traditional Japanese-style ryokan with some age to it, its corridors lined with old paintings and calligraphy on the way down to the baths. Rooms split between a plainer main building and a better-appointed annex, and there is a lounge, a small gift shop and a bar downstairs.
