YesExternal day visitors are let into the morning session from 9:00 onward (the spa itself runs 6:30-11:00, last entry 10:00, but the early slot is reserved for overnight guests). The afternoon session, 15:00-23:00 with last entry at 22:00, is priced for day visitors too, though the hotel can turn walk-ins away depending on how full it is that day. The morning session is closed Mondays and Thursdays; the afternoon session runs every day.
The 3,000 yen rate covers Spa and Fitness only (adult 13 and up; child 7 and up pays 1,500). Pool-only access is 5,000 yen (2,500 for a child), and Spa, Fitness, and Pool together comes to 7,000 yen (3,500 for a child).
