About

Kagetsurou (花月楼) is a traditional sukiya-style ryokan in Tendo Onsen, with 19 rooms, 17 of them Japanese-style and 2 Western-style. The baths include an open-air stone bath with an indoor bath attached, a private (kashikiri) open-air stone bath with its own indoor bath, and some rooms with an open-air bath of their own. A guest describes the water as a little hot, the kind that warms you through. The building is on the older side, and the inn comes across as small and hardworking, with a tea room and a dining room serving the meals.
