YesOpen seasonally, roughly late April to mid October (this year April 29 to October 18); closed for winter the rest of the year. Weekly closed on Tuesdays (the following day if Tuesday is a public holiday), except no closures during summer school holidays or Golden Week. Last entry is 20:30, 30 minutes before the 21:00 closing time.
The adult price applies from junior-high age up; elementary-age children pay the child price, and preschoolers bathe free. Bath towels cost 100 yen and face towels 50 yen; a coin shower room is 300 yen for 10 minutes with shampoo and body soap provided. Discounted multi-visit passes are also available.

Maruseppu Onsen Yamabiko is a day-use bathhouse run by the town of Engaru, right next to Ikoi no Mori Forest Park (森林公園いこいの森) in the Maruseppu district. The building splits into a Japanese-style wing, Ki-no-yu (木の湯), and a Western-style wing, Yama-no-yu (山の湯), that swap by day, adding up to ten kinds of bathing between the two sides: a main indoor tub, a reclining jet bath, a hot sauna, a cold plunge and an outdoor tub sharing the same spring water. The water itself runs colorless and feels smooth, almost silky, on the skin. A wide rest area stocked with manga and an on-site ramen counter make it a natural stop after a day at the forest park next door.
