Dewaya is an inn and restaurant built around sansai (山菜), wild mountain vegetables, and the Gassan soba served in its soba room, which also takes walk-in visitors. The bath is a marble one on the third floor. It is not onsen: the water is natural mountain water from Gassan, heated. Rooms are all tatami with futons laid out for the night, and there is free outdoor parking on both sides of the building.
