This inn holds Karurusu Onsen's only private spring and is the head source for the whole onsen area, so even the washing area showers run straight off the spring instead of heated tap water. The water is mild and clear, used across a large indoor bath, a reclining tub, and a small open-air bath with a river view, running from hot to lukewarm depending on which tub you choose. It is a plain, no-frills ryokan built around its bathing.
