The men's and women's baths each have an indoor bath, an open-air bath, a jet bath, a cold bath and a sauna. The bathhouse only became a certified onsen in 2019, with the water trucked in from a spring in neighboring Tokushima rather than pumped on-site; the hotel calls it bihada no yu (美肌の湯), a beauty-skin bath, for how smooth it leaves guests' skin. The open-air side looks over greenery that shifts with the seasons, and day-use bathing is open alongside the hotel's overnight guests. Tresta Shirayama itself is a large countryside resort hotel in Miki, inland Kagawa, built around a restaurant, banquet halls, a summer leisure pool and a winter ice rink. The onsen is one modest corner of that rather than the main attraction, and reviews suggest it draws plenty of local regulars alongside the hotel guests.
