About

Kotobukiro is a small inn in Akakura Onsen, Myoko, that puts its cooking first. It has seven rooms, and each floor is let to a single party at a time, so the house stays quiet. Bathing is in indoor baths, one for men and one for women, filled with natural spring water that is kakenagashi (source water kept flowing fresh). Staying guests can bathe at any hour. Day-use bathing is not mentioned anywhere, so ask before counting on it. The inn's own notice has mentioned a break in operation, so check with them before planning a trip.
