A hotel on the slopes of Mt. Myoko in Akakura onsen, run on flowing hot spring water. The large bath has a bright tiled mural, and there is a bubble bath and a wooden sauna. In the garden is an open-air bath that can be booked as a private bath; it closes in winter. The baths look out on mountains, green in early summer and white in snow. Only the renovated and special guest rooms have their own half open-air bath. Day visitors can come in for a bath, and there is free parking.
