YesLast entry is 30 minutes before closing, at 19:30. The bathing wing is open every day of the year; the pool building next door keeps separate hours and closes on Thursdays.
Adult single-entry bathing is 900 yen; a 10-visit ticket is also sold for 8,000 yen. Towels aren't rented, only sold at the front desk.

The お休み処 rest lounge is paid and reservation only, usable from 20:00 until 08:00 the next morning. It is separate from the lobby seating by the front desk.

About
Yupuru Kizakiko is a day-use spa and pool complex on the shore of Lake Kizaki, at the foot of the Northern Alps. The onsen wing has two bath rooms that swap between men's and women's use each day, each with an indoor bath on the warmer side and a small, quieter open-air bath, plus a dry sauna. A separate pool building next door holds a lap pool, a water slide and a kids' pool, along with its own onsen-fed jacuzzi. There's a soba restaurant on site, a paid overnight rest lounge for those staying past closing (reservation only), and an RV park by the lake. Towels aren't rented, only sold at the counter, so it's worth bringing your own.
