The visitor price includes a bath towel and a face towel. Elementary-school-age children pay 1,000 yen and preschoolers bathe free. A 13-visit bathing ticket book is sold for 20,000 yen. Children of elementary-school age or older may not bathe with a parent of the opposite sex.

The hotel's shared bath, on the first and second floors, uses natural onsen water pumped up from 500 meters underground, a salty spring said to warm you through from the core. It has an indoor bath, an open-air bath, a sauna where swimsuits are allowed, and a cold plunge. Guests with tattoos are welcome after filling out a short disclosure form. A separate pool and rooftop bar look out over the East China Sea and the Naha skyline, a popular sunset spot. Visitors often mention that the shared bath is kept clean and well looked after.
